Unless you have lived under a rock for the past 5 years, you’ve heard or seen the snuggie at some point. A blanket with sleeves – sounds like heaven right? Well it is. Imagine wearing a really soft blanket. Yeah just trust me on this it’s heaven. Enter the dog snuggie. Now you can set your dog up with the same super comfortable blanket heaven as yourself.

Almost all of this is true. The dog snuggie is easy to adjust, and it stays on really well. It’s not quite a dog sweater or a dog blanket, it’s right in the middle. It does wrap around the dogs legs, but doesn’t go all the way around and cover their stomach. It did take me a little work to get it on the first time. Once I figured out the whole chest area setup I was good to go. The writing is supposed to be upside down – Go figure. After I managed to annoy Milo incorrectly trying to fit this dog snuggie on him, he huffed a sigh of relief when I was done. I’d hate to be on his bad side. The snuggies I bought were all made of felt – not actual fleece. Kind of annoyed me, but the material is oh-so-soft and comfy, so I’ll let that slide. As for the sizes I saw quite a few reviews where people complained about the sizing, so I made sure to open the package and really examine the sizing before buying. I had no issues at all – found the right size the first time.
What the package didn’t tell me was how much attention my dogs would get when wearing their dog snuggies. Holy hot dog my pooches are the center of attention when we go to family gatherings. Everyones making comments on their slick pet attire, and the dogs are absolutely eating up all the attention. Even if I hated the product, I’d still buy them for the simple fact that the dogs get a ton of attention which they absolutely love.

The Dog Snuggie is a good coat & great conversation piece

As a blanket/coat the Dog Snuggie does a pretty good job. The real benefit is your dog being the center of attention, which can be easily be worth 100 blankets when you see how happy he/she is with the attention!
